Admission Instructions for IELTS Test Takers
Thank you for registering for the IELTS test at University of International Business and Economics. To ensure that you have a smooth and orderly test experience， please be aware of and comply with the following regulations. Your cooperation is appreciate.
Arrive at the Test Center：
1.Your【Computer-delivered test/Speaking test】will take place at 5F Gaoyuan Building，University of International Business and Economics，No.10 Huixin East Street，Chaoyang District，Beijing.， The test takers must enter the university campus from the South-West Gate.Taxis，hired cars，and private cars are prohibited from entering the campus. See map for detailed routes.
2.Test takers must present your Paper IELTS Test Admission Ticket.Candidates （including those under the age of 18） are required to enter the school at a specified time，parents or companions are not allowed into the campus.
3.Test takers must present personal ID.？（Please bring your National ID card or passport with you for identity verification on test day. Your ID should be consistent with the document used by the candidates when registering）.
Identification Document Requirements：
Candidates must bring the original and valid ID document and admission ticket that match the registration information to attend the test. The invigilator will check the ID information of the Test takers， and the candidate should check your information and sign your signature，then photo captured and fingerprint scanned.
Reminder of Arrival Time：
Candidates must pay attention to the following times and allow enough time for entry inspection and on-campus transportation to avoid being late.
1.Speaking test： Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the test， and the deadline for admission is 15 minutes before the test.
2.Computer-delivered test： AM Sitting： Entry starts at 08：00 AM， the entry deadline is 08：30 AM； PM1 Sitting： Entry starts at 13：00 PM， the entry deadline is 13：30 PM； PM2 Sitting： Entry starts at 17：00 PM， the entry deadline is 17：30 PM.
3.Paper-based test： Entry starts at 07：30 AM， the entry deadline for the written test is 08：30 AM.
Other Requirements：
1.We recommend that candidates wear masks during the test to reduce the risk of respiratory disease transmission.
2.Please leave the test venue from the South-West Gate as soon as possible after the test.
3.Other than a bottle of water （lable-free） and mandatory medicines，candidates will not be allowed to bring any personal belongings into the test rooms.All electronic devices and all watches must be left in the belongings area and must be swithed off.You may be electronically scanned for devices at any time during the test.While the centre will take all reasonable measures to secure your items in the belongings area，they cannot be held responsible for any loss.
